What do my investors actually own?
For an equity round, tokenized shares of your company; for a bond round, tokenized bonds. Each token uses the ERC-3643 permissioned standard on Polygon, so only verified investors can hold your tokens.
Do I need to set a token price to apply?
No. The terms of the round, including the token price and the minimum ticket, are prepared with our team after you apply.
How do my investors pay?
By card, in euros, from your project page. Each payment is confirmed before the tokens are issued to the investor's bound wallet.
Can my investors sell their tokens?
Not yet. A peer-to-peer secondary market is announced but not open. Until it opens, investors should plan to hold their tokens; even then, a buyer is never guaranteed. See the Risk Disclosure.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Submitting the application form is free.
