How it works
From your account to your first investment, step by step
Open an account, complete your investor profile, get verified, bind your wallet, back a private company on the Launchpad and follow it in your portfolio.
The investor journey
Seven steps. The first four only happen once.
- 1
Create your account
FreeSign up with your email and a password. If someone invited you, enter their referral code at this step.
- 2
Complete your investor profile
Right after sign-up, a few questionnaires: your investor qualification, a knowledge test if you are not a qualified investor, then your financial situation, which gives your estimated investment capacity. They are required before your first investment.
- 3
Verify your identity (KYC)
A few minutesAn identity document and a selfie, checked by our verification provider. You can do it right away or skip it for now, but it is required before you buy tokens. Every investor is verified: it is what allows tokens to move only between verified people.
- 4
Connect and bind your wallet
Once signed in, use “Connect Wallet” at the top of the page, then “Bind wallet” to link it to your account by signing a message. This address becomes your on-chain identity: your tokens are issued to it, and it cannot be changed without contacting support.
- 5
Invest
Read the project page and its documents, then choose an amount and pay by card. If your knowledge test result is low, or the amount is above your estimated investment capacity, we ask you to confirm that you understand the risks before you pay. Once the payment is confirmed, your tokens are issued to your bound wallet.
- 6
Follow your portfolio
Every investment appears in your dashboard: what you invested, in which projects, and how each round is progressing.
- 7
Earn CNDT

Earn CNDT through the airdrop and by inviting investors with your referral link. Voting in governance with your CNDT is announced, not open yet.

What is a token (ERC-3643)?
A token is a digital record of a security — a share or a bond of a company — written on a blockchain. Coin District uses ERC-3643, a permissioned standard designed for securities, on the Polygon network.

Bound to your account
- Only verified holdersA token can only be held by, and sent to, an investor whose identity has been verified.
- Rules checked on every transferA transfer to a wallet that is not verified is rejected by the token itself.
- Same rights as the securityThe rights attached to the share or bond follow the token. Tokenization changes the record, not the company's risk.
- Publicly verifiableIssuances and transfers are recorded on the Polygon blockchain, where they can be checked at any time.
What happens when you pay
Three steps, the same for every project.
1. You pay by card
You choose an amount in euros and see how many tokens it buys before you confirm.
2. Your account is checked
The payment only goes through with your investor profile complete, your identity verified on-chain and your bound wallet connected.
3. Your tokens are issued
They arrive in your bound wallet and the investment appears in your dashboard.

For founders
Raise from verified investors with a tokenized round on the Launchpad. Our team reviews your project before it is listed.
The risks, in short
- You could lose all the money you invest. Most young companies fail.
- You may not be able to sell when you want to: plan to hold for years.
- Your stake can be diluted; dividends and target returns are never guaranteed.
Frequently asked questions
More answers in the FAQ.
Do I need to be a professional investor?
No. Before your first investment, you complete the investor questionnaires and verify your identity. Some offerings may depend on your answers and on your country of residence.
How much do I need to start?
Each project sets its own minimum ticket, shown on its page, together with the price of one token.
How do I pay?
By card, in euros. Payment in USDC is announced but not available yet.
Which wallet do I need?
Your own wallet, the kind you control yourself. You connect it, then bind it to your account once. Coin District never holds its private key.
When can I sell my tokens?
The secondary market is not open yet. Until it is, plan to hold your investment; even once it opens, a sale will depend on another investor buying your offer.
